Citrus Fruit Tree, New Orleans, LA

These are citrus plants growing in the French Quarter. They are located across the street from a Dog Store around 511 Dumaine Street, New Orleans, LA.

I’m not sure if they are Kumquats or Calamondins.

What you can see here is that they bottom leaves are anemic and yellowy with some spots and some burns. Also the fruit has scabs.

At first glance one many think these were okay, but upon closer inspection they seem to be suffering just like all the other citrus I’ve witnessed along my travels.
