Corn Casserole Recipe
This is an old family recipe that we eat at most Holidays. It feeds a bunch of people and is a real crowd pleaser.
Cornbread- I usually buy Quaker corn meal and follow the directions on the back- do not add sugar if it is for dressing. Corn casserole ingredients: 1 can kernel corn, 1 can cream corn, 1small (8 oz.) sour cream) , 1 stick of melted butter, 2 eggs beaten, 1 box of jiffy corn muffin mix. Directions: Oven 350 Pam the bottom of your casserole dish, melt you butter, add both cans of corn- do not drain, add sour cream beaten eggs and jiffy muffin mix, stir in the casserole dish until well blended. cook for 45 minutes. Always a favorite.
