Frozen Coconut Limeade Coolers

Frozen Coconut Limeade Coolers

If you’re looking for a refreshing drink for the warm months, then give these Frozen Coconut Limeade Coolers a try.

With only 4 ingredients and a few minutes, you can have a yummy frozen drink the whole family will love with no refined sugars!

2 servings

Prep Time5 minutes

  1. 1/3 cup canned coconut milk see notes

  2. 2 tablespoons Wildly Organic Coco Monkey Sweetener

  3. 3/4 cup coconut water see notes

  4. 2 tablespoons lime juice from 1 lime

  5. 2 cups ice cubes

Combine all ingredients in a large blender and blend until preferred texture.

In order to keep it slushy-like, you made need a tamper to move around the ice. Adding more liquid will make the slushy creamy.

Blending times vary based on your blender.

Recipe Notes

  1. Make sure to use canned coconut milk that separates. When you open it, do not use the water on top but the harder, creamy coconut milk inside

  2. Using coconut water for this recipe will provide a nice hit of electrolytes (which is perfect on a super hot day in which you’re sweating!). if you don’t have any on hand though, regular water works just fine.
