Great to help improve blood flow in the legs. May help with things like numbness, nighttime cramps, heaviness in legs, distended veins and swelling.
You can usually find Gotu Kola at the health food store in capsule form H. asiatica. Some people use this herb on a regular basis taking 2-4 400 milligram caps a day. A stronger variety C. asiatica comes in capsules and extract but it is costly and mostly reserved for more serious things like epilepsy.
There are two possible known side effects. Sedation and skin rash.
