Guarana may have the ability to keep red blood cells moving instead of clumping together, which could prevent a heart attack, but way more research is needed.
NOTE: Guarana is REALLY powerful enough to give most people the jitters or a headache. I think I’ll opt for a good old fashioned cup of coffee instead.
