Homemade Re-hydration Drink

  1. 4 cups water

  2. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

  3. 1/3 teaspoon salt

  4. 3 tablespoons sugar or honey (don’t use honey on infants)

(1/2 pk unsweetened Koolaid or some soda water & juice to flavor.) 

Mix and heat till dissolved.

It is especially important for anyone having diarrhea or vomiting to stay hydrated.  Sip slowly if it’s hard to keep stuff down.

Made in minutes and a fraction of the cost of Pedialyte or Gatorade.
