Real Cranberry Sauce

12 oz. fresh cranberries
1 whole orange (peeled)
2/3 cup honey
1 slice lemon or 1 drop lemon oil
1/4 tsp Himalayan pink salt
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon powder or 1 drop cinnamon bark oil
Throw everything in a medium saucepan except Essential Oils. Bring to a boil.
Reduce and let simmer without the lid.
Stir every few until your berries pop and your mix starts to thicken, (20 minutes-ish). The longer the better.
Once removed from heat add oils.
Stir and serve.
