Recovery for Oyster Harvests?

“The oyster harvest, which usually runs from October to April, could be restricted or canceled altogether to give the oysters a chance to recover.”

When and where will we find out what they decide to do with this years Harvest?  I vote they pay the Oystermen better than years prior to the spill and let both the Oyster Harvest and the Oysterman take a rest compliments of BP.
