Strawberries and Cream Popsicles

When the weather gets warmer, you need cold treats to keep cool. Skip the processed, sugar-laden pops at the store and make these easy Dairy Free Strawberries and Cream Popsicles instead!

Servings6 popsicles

Prep Time7 minutes

Passive Time4 hours or overnight


  1. 1cup hot water

  2. 3/4cup Wildly Organic Coconut Milk Powder

  3. 2teaspoons Wildly Organic Coco Monkey Low-Cal Sweeteneror sweetener of choice, to taste

  4. 1teaspoon pure vanilla extract

  5. 2cups strawberriesfresh or frozen

  6. 1/8teaspoon Wildly Organic Pink Himalayan Salt


Whisk together the boiling water and Wildly Organic Coconut Milk Powder until smooth.

Add coconut milk and remaining ingredients to the jar of your blender.

Pulse blender (or puree on lower speed) until well combined.

Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for 4 hours, or overnight.

To serve, hold the popsicle mold under hot running water to loosen the popsicle from the mold.
